Informed choices.
Clinical review first.

General information to help you understand the limits of this website.

Individual clinical evaluation

Prescription medicines and hormone treatments are not appropriate for everyone. A clinician must review your history, medications, allergies and relevant risk factors. Website information is not a treatment recommendation.

Read the right information.

Refer to the current prescribing information and Medication Guide for the specific product. Our program pages link to primary sources where named treatments are discussed.

Compounded medicines

Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. Their safety, effectiveness and quality are not reviewed by FDA before marketing. A brand name or combined formulation is not proof of better results.

Urgent symptoms

Seek immediate care for severe or rapidly worsening symptoms. Call 911 for an emergency. This website and ordinary support email are not urgent-care services.

Your care choices

Telehealth is one option. You can also seek in-person care from a primary care clinician or an appropriate specialist. If you do not have a primary care clinician, find primary care near you.

Choosing a pharmacy

If a clinician prescribes treatment, you may request a pharmacy of your choosing. Contact kenny@eternal-springs.com for help coordinating the request, or discuss it with your clinician in the patient portal. Availability of the prescribed formulation must be confirmed with the pharmacy. Please do not include medical details in ordinary email.
